Position: Student Ministry Female Discipleship and Small Groups Coordinator

Come be a part of a CBC United Student Ministry, a dynamic and exciting team focused on leading and helping students become disciples of Christ. This position will provide leadership for female discipleship and small groups.

Female Discipleship Responsibilities

  • Oversee and develop strong biblical community for junior high and high school female students
  • Coordinate activities for female students to create and strengthen relationships with others
  • Help disciple and mentor female students in one-on-one, small, and large group settings
  • Attend all United programs and events

Small Group Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the United small group ministry (curriculum selection, planning, preparation, etc.)
  • Oversee United annual leader care and development plan (recruiting, orientation, training, and appreciation)
  • Shepherd female small group leaders

Organizational Relationship

  • Directly accountable to the Director of Student Ministries and in his absence, the Family Minister
  • Collaborates and interacts closely with United team
  • Attends weekly United team meetings

Classification

  • Full-Time, Salaried, Exempt

Qualifications | Experience

  • Skilled in identifying, attracting, and recruiting new leaders
  • Experience in empowering people and leading teams of volunteers
  • Proven track record with discipling/mentoring female students
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college or university, evangelical theological education desirable
  • Demonstrate a commitment to goals, strategies, and doctrinal statements of Crossroads Bible Church
